Remède pour les cheveux mous et fatigués

Vos cheveux sont fatigués ? Ou ternes ? Voici un remède qui va leur rendre de manière naturelle toute leur vitalité ! Mélangez 2 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron, la même quantité d’huile d’olive et un jaune d’œuf. Appliquez sur votre chevelure et votre cuir chevelu en massant délicatement. Laissez agir pendant 5 à 10 minutes, puis rince abondamment à l’eau claire.

Lotion éclaircissante pour cheveux à faire soi-même (cheveux clairs)

Diluez du jus de citron dans un peu d’eau, mouillez vos cheveux avec cette préparation et allez ensuite vous installer au soleil. Il n’en faut guère plus pour éclaircir de manière aussi naturelle qu’agréable et relaxante. Cette lotion est idéale pour les cheveux blonds ou châtains. Attention : si vous avez des cheveux bruns ou noirs, n’utilisez jamais ce traitement, vous risquerez de virer au roux, voire au poil-de-carotte… A moins que ce soit ce que vous souhaitiez.

Lotion naturelle « effet brillant » à faire soi-même

Pour redonner une jolie brillance à vos cheveux, versez dessus après le dernier rinçage de votre shampooing, 1 tasse d’eau tiède additionnée de vinaigre.

Comment avoir les cheveux soyeux ?

Après un shampooing, rincez vos cheveux avec de l’eau dans laquelle vous aurez additionné une cuillerée à soupe de bicarbonate de soude pour 4 litres d’eau (vous pouvez bien sûr varier les quantités si vous respectez les mêmes proportions). Vous verrez, jamais vos cheveux n’auront été si soyeux !

Lotion « spécial reflets » naturels pour cheveux blonds à faire soi-même

Pour procurer de magnifiques reflets à votre chevelure blonde, et cela sans utiliser de produits chimiques (dont la majorité contiennent des substances de la famille des parabènes, substances cancérigènes avérées à toutes les doses), réalisez un emplâtre d’argile verte et complétez-le avec un peu de poudre de camomille. Appliquez cet emplâtre sur vos cheveux et laissez agir tant qu’il est humide. Rincez ensuite abondamment.

Je commence à avoir des cheveux blancs… Que faire ?

En traitement local, le chlorure de magnésium est capable de restaurer la pigmentation des cheveux, des poils de barbe ou de moustache, des sourcils… Pour arriver à un résultat concret, il faut utiliser chaque jour, matin et soir, une lotion de chlorure de magnésium (20 g de chlorure de magnésium par litre d’eau). Deux chose importantes, d’une part il s’agit d’un traitement de longue haleine : 6 mois continus pour voir apparaître les premiers résultats. N’interrompez-pas votre traitement avant cela, vous en perdrez d’un seul coup tous les bénéfices des semaines et des mois passés. D’autre part, il faut reconnaître qu’il n’est efficace que chez certaines personnes.

Recette de grand-mère : lotion anti cheveux gras à faire soi-même

  • Faites bouillir 250 ml d’eau, puis plongez-y 5 grosses feuilles de laitue. Laissez infuser 10 mn (couvert)
  • Filtrez et ajoutez 1 verre de vinaigre de cidre. Versez le mélange dans un flacon muni d’un bouchon et conservez votre lotion dans le bas de votre réfrigérateur pendant 6 jours maximum.
  • Matin et soir, versez un peu de cette lotion sur votre cuir chevelu et massez légèrement pour faire pénétrer ses principes actifs sans activer les glandes sébacées. Laissez sécher à l’ai libre, sans essuyer.

Astuce de grand-mère pour accélérer l’effet anti cheveux gras…

Pour un résultat encore plus rapide, en complément de votre traitement avec la lotion anti cheveux gras, utilisez cette eau de rinçage après shampooing : Jetez un bouquet de persil dans 2 litres d’eau bouillante, laisser infuser 10 min. (à couvert), filtrez et ajoutez 1 verre de vinaigre de cidre. Utilisez cette lotion de rinçage après chaque shampooing… Fini les cheveux gras !

It is advisable to consult your health specialist if you have blood pressure related ailments, kidney diseases,  if you are pregnant or breast feeding as they may have side effects on consumption.

Create a paste by mixing together a tablespoon each of honey, olive oil and baking soda.

Apply to the bite and cover with a bandage.
